Documentation: A Resolution [UPDATE: FAILED :(]
I've decided to try and eat healthier this year. [as usual] However, I also want to cook more, so in an effort to satisfy my conscience I have decided to hold myself accountable. I am going to start documenting most of my meals. [I have specialk for breakfast every day so that is pretty boring]. I think dinner is the best way to begin my healthier resolution. I'm not trying to lose weight or anything, I just want to eat more veggies and feel better! So here goes...
